Damaged Goods, Returns & Refund Policy

We make every effort to ensure your items are packaged carefully and reach you safely. On rare occasions, breakages occur in the mail. Broken items must be reported to Lemba Pottery within 24 hours of the delivery date for a refund to be issued.

If a piece arrives damaged, we will ask to see a photo of it, along with the box and packaging with all the postage labels visible. Email info@lembapottery.com

 

Replacement and refunds on damaged goods: If we have a similar piece in our studio or if you would like to wait for us to reproduce it, we will either send you a new piece or refund your money in full.

 

Please note:

  • Refunds will only be made on items damaged in transit and reported to us within 24 hours of arrival. We are unable to refund damages reported after the 24 hour delivery date limit.  

​

  • Returns cannot be made for any reason other than receiving the wrong product.
